When Fortune 50 pharmaceutical company called us, the R&D team created a unique event that brought together peers in the pharma industry to bridge the Supplier Diversity gap.

Our challenge was: in a room full of competitors, how can we help J&J create a trusting environment and create tangible steps towards their goal.
The plan? 6 months of action items toward the DEI team's mission.
TwoLine partnered with the R&D team to design breakout exercises to solve problems creatively in 3 focus areas:
  1. We formulated questions that sparked curiosity and dove into the core issue.
  2. TwoLine trained in-house facilitators to guide teams using visual templates to:
    • Focus the conversation.
    • Ignite creative thinking.
    • Ensure that all voices were heard.
  3. Graphic recorders created live visual notes as a tangible takeaway.
The results:
  • 30 min keynote on visual storytelling.
  • 8 visual templates to guide breakouts.
  • 6 months of action items.
  • 1 visual summary for a supplier diversity "action items" t-shirt!

Team Alignment

HOKA, a trail-running performance shoe brand, needed to engage team members in a dynamic, brand-building work session to define key elements of HOKA’s brand DNA. The goal was to develop new core messages that stuck!

Our challenge was: how can we reflect HOKAs brand DNA with a quickly expanding team?
The plan? A tangible model that defined HOKAs brand DNA to onboard brand ambassadors and welcome new employees. This model will excite new team members about joining the purposeful and mission-driven team.
TwoLine achieved months of planning and strategy work in a few days by doing the following:
  1. We co-created an agenda that incorporated creativity into the problem-solving process.
  2. Through story-telling, employees shared emotional stories by drawing out the values they associated with the brand and culture.
  3. Drawing made ideas visible and formed new solutions.
  4. Visual templates captured and organized ideas.
  5. A session summary explained the 2.5-day event on 1 page.

The results:

  • Months of work achieved in 2.5 days.
  • Visual model of HOKA’s brand DNA, purpose, mission, values, and personality.
  • An animated video communicated the message for onboarding globally.

Improve Virtual Events

SAP is one of the world's leading software producers for managing different business processes, and developing solutions that facilitate effective data processing and information flow across organizations. SAP’s annual user conference, SAPPHIRE NOW, hosts more than 40,000 events in Orlando that feature new business strategies and innovation. Due to COVID-19 in May of 2020, SAP reframed the event into a snackable, interactive online experience within six weeks.

Our challenge was: how do you improve a live event when you take it into virtual space?
The plan? Our TwoLine team recognized five key insights that would support the improvement of SAPPHIRE NOW on a virtual platform.
  1. We pivoted how SAP communicated their story globally.
  2. TwoLine provided instantly sharable deliverables for social media.
  3. We kept key ideas snackable with visual notes.
The results: SAP SAPPHIRE NOW grew from 40,000 to over 100,000 people attending. They walked away with:
  • Interactive online experiences.
  • 20+ great takeaways.
